At London’s Bush Theatre Anthea set up development programs for Playwrights that resulted in multi-writer shows that toured England. For many writers it was their first professional show. Writers Anthea worked with include some of Britain’s most successful, Lucy Kirkwood, James Graham, Stacey Greg, Morgan Lloyd Malcolm and Joel Horwood.
At Belvoir Anthea created development pathways that saw the company’s staging of new work by Australian writers increase fourfold. She set up The Balnaves’ Foundation Indigenous Playwrights Award and saw writers including Nakkiah Lui, Jada Alberts and Kip Brookman receive their first mainstage productions.

Screen Australia fostered Anthea’s film and television skills though their Developing the Developer program.
Anthea received Talent + funding from Screen Australia to work with Causeway Films in development.
